Problem 1: Scanner Fails to Scan

Solution: 1.Check all the cables from system to the scanner and check the port settings

2.Look the power Green LED is displaying are Not if not displaying then check the power cable and Replace it

3. Disconnect all the Device and restart the computer and connect the device and re-install the Driver software and try it again

Problem 2: The scanner image is Not good (or) Clear less

Solution: 1.Make sure that the eye is positioned exactly parallel to the scanner
