Thump Scanner is used in Banking purposes, Checking validity of the user, and Crime Investigation the complete Problems and Solutions are shown Below

Solutions:

Problem 1: Scanner Fails to Scan

Solution: 1.Check all the cables from computer to scanner

               2.Look the power display the green light is displaying or not ,if there is No display check the power cable

               3.Disconnect all the device and un-install the driver software and restart the computer then connect the device and re-install the driver software properly and try it again

Problem 2: The Scanned Image output is Bad

Solution: 1.clean the scanner glass over which the thump is placed and scan it again

                2.Make sure that the thump is lying flat over the scanner glass
