Solutions:

Problem 1: Scanner fails to scanning the given photos are any objects

Solution: 1.Check the cables from computer port to scanner port

                2.check the power supply cable of the scanner is working properly or not

                3.disconnect all the connected U.S.B device and reconnect the device

                4.check the scanner is ON state or OFF state

Problem 2: The scanned image quality is not good

Solution: 1.Clean the Scanner Glass with cotton cloth (or) by using scanner cleaning utilities and re-scan again

                2.Make sure that the item being scanned is lying flat over the scanner glass

Problem 3: Not able to scanning multiple images

Solution: 1.Position each image at least an inch apart from adjacent image

                2.make sure that the application software supports scanning multiple images
