start--->run-->type us msconfig press enter to run the configuration
then go to start up and disable all the startup process and then apply --->select with out restart then close the msconfiguration then loggoff the system and then logon a confirmation dialog will be appear click the checkbox and confim it now the system execute very fastly try it it is realy true
