How to lock the data or folder without any software in windows vista and Windows 7?

Solution
|
Firstly,select the folder that you want to lock then right click on the folder and select its properties.In property Window we get many tabs,select Security tab,then click on edit button then select Administrator and put tick in deny coloumn. Then select any other user and then again put tick in deny coloumn.
By this any user cannot open your document. If you want to open the document or folder you have to again go to its property and security tab then edit and unselect the tick in deny coloumn and tick the allow coloumn .
